EC2 is where the City is at its most corporate. The Broadgate campus wraps around Liverpool Street station, Moorgate and London Wall are lined with large office blocks, and Old Broad Street and Bishopsgate carry some of the tallest towers in the Square Mile. The Elizabeth line now stops at both Liverpool Street and Moorgate, and the pavements are crowded at peak times.
For waste, that means two things. Most buildings have a managed loading bay with booked slots, security checks and a facilities team who want to know exactly when a vehicle will arrive. We plan each round around your building’s slot and the streets around it.
Just north of London Wall is the Barbican Estate, one of the largest residential populations in the City. We clear flats there too.

Large office floors produce mostly paper, card, cups and kitchen waste. That makes dry mixed recycling and food waste the main streams, and both are now legal requirements for firms with 10 or more staff.
Cafés and lunch trade
Coffee shops and food outlets around the station and London Wall turn over a lot of cups, packaging and food waste. We collect it before it builds up at the back door.
Barbican residents
Flat clearances, unwanted furniture and clear-outs before a move or refurbishment. We carry everything down, so you don’t need a skip or a van.

For office buildings: your loading bay slot times, whether the vehicle needs to be booked in with security, and the height and weight limits of the bay. Some EC2 loading bays are below ground, so we check our vehicle fits before the first collection.

Do you work in multi-tenant towers like Tower 42?
Yes. Tower 42 on Old Broad Street is one of our clients. In towers like this we work to the building’s loading bay bookings and security rules, and we can collect for a single tenant or for the whole building through the facilities team.
I live in the Barbican. Can you clear my flat?
Yes. Tell us your block, your floor and what’s going, and we’ll give you a fixed price. We do all the carrying. Fridges and mattresses cost a little more because they go to specialist recycling. See flat and house clearance.
Can you collect outside the morning and evening rush?

Do the Simpler Recycling rules apply to our office?
If you have 10 or more full-time-equivalent staff, yes, since 31 March 2025. You need dry recycling and food waste collected separately from general waste. Firms with fewer than 10 staff must comply from 31 March 2027.
