Who we are
A small team that knows the Square Mile
Our core area is the City of London, EC1 to EC4, and the streets around it. Our customers are offices, restaurants, shops and the managed buildings they sit in, including 30 St Mary Axe and Tower 42. They need waste moved on time, through a booked loading bay, with the paperwork done properly.
We also work for people at home: clearing flats in the Barbican and on the City’s estates, taking away old furniture, and removing the rubble from a renovation. The same crew, the same standards and the same paperwork.
Because we are a small team, you deal with the people who actually do the collections. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your building, your bin store and your collection times.

Four things we don’t compromise on
A transfer note with every job
Every collection and clearance comes with a waste transfer note. You must keep them for at least two years, and we make sure you have them.
Recycling first
We separate what can be recycled, keep food waste and electricals out of general waste, and tell you what happened to it.
Fixed prices in writing
You get a written price before we start. What we quote is what you pay, with no surcharges added afterwards.
The people who do the work answer the phone
No call centre and no ticket system. Changes to your collections are made by the people who carry them out.

City buildings have loading bay slots, security checks and facilities managers who need to know who is arriving and when. We plan every round around those rules.
